SHIPPING POLICY

URBAN SENSE SHIPPING POLICY

Urban Sense delivers products across India, and the terms and conditions of our shipping policy are outlined below in accordance with Indian law.

 

1. Shipping Tracker Accuracy

While our shipping tracker is accurate in most cases, please note that it provides an indicative estimate of your delivery time.

 

2. Order Shipment Notification

Upon shipping your order, you will receive an email from Urban Sense containing your package tracking details.

 

3. Dispatch and Delivery Times

We make every effort to dispatch your goods promptly. Our standard dispatch time is 24-72 hours, and the typical delivery time ranges from 8 to 15 business days. The actual delivery duration may vary based on your location and distance from our distribution centres.

 

4. Courier Company Delays

Urban Sense is not responsible for any delays caused by courier companies. However, in the event of such delays, we are committed to providing you with assistance and tracking information to help you monitor the status of your package.

 

5. Cancellation Policy

Urban Sense offers a free cancellation policy for orders cancelled within 24 hours of order placement. After the initial 24-hour window, orders cannot be cancelled.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

URBAN SENSE REFUND POLICY

Refunds and Returns

Urban Sense has established the following terms and conditions concerning refunds and returns for its products.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Customers may request a refund under the following circumstances:

A. Damaged Product Received

If a customer receives a damaged product, they may request a refund. The process for requesting a refund is as follows:

The customer must record an unboxing video of the package and submit it to Urban Sense within 12 hours of receiving the shipment. The video must be authentic and free of any intentional alterations or edits. Videos with unusual cuts or edits will not be accepted.

Urban Sense aims to respond to refund requests within 12 hours. Upon approval of the unboxing video, the refund will be processed by our team. Customers can expect to receive their refund within 24 to 48 hours after the refund request is approved.

If the customer prefers a replacement for the damaged product instead of a refund, it will be combined with their next order from Urban Sense.

B. Missing Item

If a customer receives an order with a missing item, they may request a refund. The procedure for claiming a refund is the same as for damaged products (please refer to the "Damaged Product Received" section above). Alternatively, customers can opt to receive the missing item with their next order from Urban Sense.

C. Return to Office (RTO)

In cases where a customer initiates a Return to Office (RTO), a refund can be claimed. However, this refund will be processed after deducting shipping and packaging charges. If the customer wishes to have a new delivery attempt for the parcel, shipping charges will apply.

2. RETURN POLICY

2. Customers are responsible for bearing the Reverse Shipment Charges.

3. The customer must arrange for the pickup of the returned product. Refunds or replacements for the product will be processed upon receipt of the product in good condition.

1. For return-refund requests, the refund amount for the returned parcel will be processed after deducting shipping and packaging charges.

2. For replacement refund requests, additional shipping and packaging charges will apply to receive the replacement parcel.
